Overview
When a developer asked us to design, build and install the infrastructure needed to control, access and monitor their building, we looked at the opportunity to create one approach for the building, and options to upgrade individual units.
Details
Sound Specialists designed and installed everything from the surveillance systems to each unit’s lighting controls. We created a base-line system for each unit so that it could be upgraded and adjusted depending on demands. We worked closely with different developers, and contractors to meet varying timelines and buyer demands.
